Foxy Technique

Dance Frame

Foxy can be danced in either a more formal ballroom frame or in a more relaxed frame.

Heel leads

When taking a step forward you want to make sure that you are using a heel lead.

Promenade Position

This step makes the transition to and from promenade position. With promenade position you want to remember that your head and feet stay aligned while your torso continues to face your partner. When you change to promenade position your head and feet will change but you will keep your torso pointed towards your partner.
